  • How much does SmartBox cost?

    The price of our storage units is based on a 4 week period and includes insurance with coverage up to €5000. The amount does not include VAT. In addition, we charge a security deposit, which will be refunded once the tenancy has ended.

  • How long can I rent from SmartBox?

    You can always rent one of our units. The minimum rental period is 4 weeks and you can set the start date. The lease can be terminated with a notice period of 1 week.

  • How do I calculate how much space I need?

    The majority of customers are not sure how much space they actually need. For this reason, we recommend that you first visit our facility to speak to our representative who will help you choose the right size.

  • What are the opening hours of SmartBox?

    Our professional staff will help you during our office opening hours. These are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday by appointment. Please visit our facility during these working hours or contact us by phone. You can also rent a storage unit online via our website.

  • How secure are the storage rooms at SmartBox?

    SmartBox customers secure their storage unit with an individual padlock that can be locked with an individual key. Each storage unit is surrounded by solid walls so no one can see the contents of your storage unit. In addition, the facility is protected by a multi-level security concept. Eight-digit codes that grant individual access, 24-hour video surveillance, a modern alarm system and our staff guarantee the highest level of security.
